  • 1 slice Weight Watchers Brown Danish
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 30g (1oz) cooked beetroot (not stored in vinegar), sliced
  • 40g (1½oz) medium fat goat’s cheese crumbled
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season
  • A few fresh thyme leaves
Our method method
STEP 1

Preheat the grill to high.

STEP 2

Grill the slice of Weight Watchers Brown Danish  for 1 -2 minutes or until golden on one side.

STEP 3

Turn and spread the untoasted side with the mustard. Top with the beetroot and the goat’s cheese.

STEP 4

Season and grill for 3 – 4 minutes or until the cheese has started to brown.

STEP 5

Halve the toastie and garnish with a few fresh thyme leaves to serve.
