Paneer Tikka Masala

Calorie controlled cooking spray

1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped

1 yellow pepper, deseeded and chopped

200g (7oz) paneer, cubed (find this Indian cheese in the cheese aisle of supermarkets)

350g jar Weight Watchers Tikka Masala Sauce Jar

2 x 250g (8¾oz) packet microwaveable basmati rice


Mist a frying pan with the cooking spray.

Add the peppers and fry, stirring, for 2 minutes.

Stir in the paneer, Weight Watchers Tikka Masala Sauce Jar and ½ jar water.

Bring to the boil and simmer for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook the rice in the microwave according to the packet instructions.

Divide the rice between 4 warm serving plates and top with the paneer tikka masala.

Serve immediately.
