- 200g (7oz) dried wholemeal spaghetti
- 600g (1lb 5¼oz) mixed seafood, defrosted if frozen
- 2 x jar Weight Watchers Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
- Chopped fresh parsley, to serve
Add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes or until the spaghetti is just tender.
Meanwhile, place the seafood and the Weight Watchers Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce in a pan and bring to a simmer. Cook gently for 5 – 8 minutes or until the seafood is warmed through.
Drain the spaghetti and add to the seafood.
Toss to mix, then divide between 4 serving plates. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
